When you copy and paste directly out of the chart editor, you are pasting EMF files. Then, you can use the Insert menu within Word to insert the EMF files. The charts will be exported to Word, and hopefully won't have the same problems as directly copying and pasting.Īnother option which we know will work is to use the Output Management System to export the charts as EMF. Under Export Format, choose Word/RTF File. Then, under Export What, choose All Visible Objects. Under Export File, select a location and file name. From the top dropdown list, select Output Document - don't select Graphs Only, or Output Document (No Charts). Then, in the SPSS Output Window, go to File-> Export.
The easiest would be to use the export menu to export your graphs directly to Word. SPSS Development is also looking into possible improvements for any export issues.Ĭurrently, we have two possible workarounds.
We recommend 'normalizing' your system's resolution rate and dpi settings. Please see these relevant resolutions available on Microsoft's knowledgebase. Microsoft is aware of issues in regard to exported or pasted images being clipped.
